Guest chef Carlo Cracco, an icon ofMilan’s cooking scene, will take over the kitchen at Tosca for dinner Nov 3 and lunch and dinner Nov 4 and 5. Cracco is a lively judge on MasterChef Italia, as well as Hell’s Kitchen Italia, and he will present dishes from hisMichelin-starred Cracco-Peck restaurant, including prawns, salted pistachio and beetroot; marinated egg yolk, pappa al pomodoro and vegetables; amberjack with vanilla white, green and purple asparagus; and chocolate, lentils and peas. Prices range from HK$588 ($76) for a three-course lunch menu to HK$2,180 for a seven-course dinner menu.
