Schools for the aged re­quired

A five-year plan to pro­vide greater ed­u­ca­tional op­por­tu­ni­ties for se­nior cit­i­zens was un­veiled. The plan re­quires each city above county level across the coun­try to have at least one col­lege for the aged, 50 per­cent of towns should have schools for the aged and 30 per­cent of vil­lages should have study groups for the aged.
