4 rescued after tunnel collapses

Four people were rescued after being trapped in a collapsed tunnel in Yunxian county, Lincang city, authorities said on Tuesday. Six people were trapped after the ceiling of the tunnel collapsed onMonday morning. Rescuers are searching for two people who are still missing, the city government said. The four who were rescued are in hospital and are said to be in stable condition. The tunnel, which is under construction, is part of a railway linking Dali and Lincang.
