Thief disguised himself as plumber

A man in Ningbo city has been detained for allegedly disguising himself as a plumber so he could gain entry to people’s homes and steal their valuables. The 29-year-old, surnamed Wang, told police that he had a stable job as a security guard and did not need the money, yet he admitted to stealing from 16 homes between August and October, saying he did it for the excitement. Wang was detained on Oct 16, and a local psychologist said he could be a kleptomaniac.
