The Ministry of Education, along with eight ministries, including the Supreme People’s Court and the Ministry of Public Security, disclosed a guideline on dealing with juvenile violence and school bullying. The guideline stressed the need to preempt possible violent incidents in schools, protect the bullied, and improve the legal and psychological education of all students. Officials will also be held accountable for serious incidents of bullying or violence in areas under their jurisdiction.
