Firms should re­port so­cial se­cu­rity info

The State Ad­min­is­tra­tion for In­dus­try & Com­merce, the Min­istry of Hu­man Re­sources and So­cial Se­cu­rity and the Na­tional Bureau of Sta­tis­tics jointly is­sued a no­tice on Nov 21, which re­quires en­ter­prises to in­clude two ad­di­tional types of in­for­ma­tion in their an­nual re­port to the State. First, the so­cial se­cu­rity in­for­ma­tion of its staff mem­bers, in­clud­ing the num­ber of those who have ac­cess to so­cial se­cu­rity, the type of so­cial se­cu­rity they have, and how much the en­ter­prises pay; sec­ond, the main busi­ness ac­tiv­i­ties of the en­ter­prises, share­holder in­for­ma­tion and their so­cial se­cu­rity code.
