Or­dos signs se­ries of co­op­er­a­tion deals

Or­dos Air­port Ad­min­is­tra­tion Group Co Ltd signed a se­ries of co­op­er­a­tion agree­ments with Thai Air Asia Co Ltd and South Korea’s Jeju Air Co Ltd on Tues­day. The group said it is plan­ning to open in­ter­na­tional air routes to Mon­go­lia, Rus­sia, Malaysia, Sin­ga­pore and Ja­pan by 2017. After that, it aims to open one to two new in­ter­na­tional lines per year. Deputy Gen­eral Man­ager Zhang Jin­ming said the air­line’s ef­forts to de­velop its in­ter­na­tional business would make big prof­its. The air­line is also mulling a plan to list within three years, Zhang added. The lo­cal air­port was re­named Or­dos Ejin Horo In­ter­na­tional Air­port re­cently, as the gov­ern­ment an­nounced it could of­fi­cially op­er­ate as an in­ter­na­tional air­port.
