Li Hua is a rec­og­nized master of chuan­beil­iangfen, thin noo­dles made from starch and soaked in chili and other sauces. The dish is clas­si­fied as a cul­tural her­itage in Sichuan prov­ince. Li has been dish­ing up the treat since she was 18. Her busi­ness has ex­panded to many prov­inces and cities and she hopes her cui­sine will soon con­quer for­eign palates.
