Citizen tackles thief on subway

A Beijing citizen helped a passenger on the Beijing subway by catching a thief recently. The citizen, Huang Jian, heard someone shouting for help on the subway. When he saw the suspect running along the platform, Huang exited his carriage and tackled the man to the ground before returning the passenger’s stolen wallet. After the incident, Huang realized that he had left his suitcase in the carriage. He called police and contacted subway staff, who later located his luggage.
