Media briefing to focus on cross-Straits issues

The Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, China’s Cabinet, will hold a media briefing on Wednesday about issues involving cross Straits ties. Since the Democratic Progressive Party took over leadership on Taiwan in May, cross-Straits relations have worsened and official communication has been suspended.
