Sinology Books Expo to open in Guizhou’s capital

The Sinology Books Expo will open in Guiyang, Guizhou province, on Friday. It is the only books expo approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of the People’s Republic of China. More than 280 publishing groups will showcase 100,000 books during the three-day event. More than 100 activities, including a seminar on traditional Chines culture and a forum on the contemporary values of Yangmingism, a philosophical school of Confucianism, will be held at the fair. Sinology experts and representives from Confucius Institutes will be invited to the events.
