New book by Yoshikazu Kato to be released on Tuesday

Yoshikazu Kato, a Japanese columnist who specializes in China-Japan relations, will release his new book, The United States I Discover, next Tuesday. The book is a summary of Kato’s observations of US politics and society during his stay in the country as a visiting scholar at Harvard University and Advanced Institute of International Relations at Johns Hopkins University in the past three years. The event is hosted by the Charhar Institute, a Chinese think tank focusing on diplomacy and international relations. Experts on China-Japan and China-US relations will attend the event and hold a symposium on trilateral relations.
