Jan­uary 24, Davos, Switzer­land: Liu He, a mem­ber of the Po­lit­i­cal Bu­reau of the Com­mu­nist Party of China (CPC) Cen­tral Com­mit­tee and di­rec­tor of the Gen­eral Of­fice of the Cen­tral Lead­ing Group for Fi­nan­cial and Eco­nomic Af­fairs, gives a speech dur­ing the An­nual Meet­ing 2018 of the World Eco­nomic Fo­rum.

Dur­ing his speech, Liu de­clared that China will en­cour­age both in­bound and out­bound in­vest­ment and busi­ness ac­tiv­i­ties as it seeks greater eco­nomic and trade in­ter­ac­tion with other coun­tries and works with them to es­tab­lish an open world econ­omy.
