Hóngjiāochâodòuyá
红椒炒豆芽(Bean Sprouts With Red Peppers)
Ingredients:
150g soybean sprouts 15g red pepper
10g chopped scallion

Seasonings:
3g salt
1g MSG
1g white sugar
10ml of mature vinegar sesame oil and cooking oil as needed

Directions:
1. Wash the red peppers and remove the seeds; and then cut
into shreds.
2. Add about 1 liter of fresh water in the wok and boil. Add in some cooking oil; then add in the soybean sprouts and scramble up and boil for about 2 minutes.
3. Add in the prepared red peppers and then the chopped
scallion, stir well.
4. After boiling for a while, place the mixture in a bowl and add salt, MSG and whiter sugar. Add in some vinegar and drip in a little sesame oil.
5. Stir the ingredients with chopsticks and serve.
