Re­por t We wi l l ex­pand cross- border【 】e-com­merce, sup­port en­ter­prises in de­vel­op­ing over­seas ware­houses for ex­port prod­ucts, and pro­mote the de­vel­op­ment of en­ter­prises that pro­vide com­pre­hen­sive for­eign trade ser­vices.

In­ter­pre­ta­tion Ac­cord­ing to Zhang Zhoup­ing,【 】e- com­merce di­rec­tor and se­nior an­a­lyst of China E-busi­ness Re­search Cen­ter, lo­gis­tics is a bot­tle­neck re­strict­ing de­vel­op­ment of cross-border e-com­merce and over­seas ware­house serves as a break­through, which may cut lo­gis­tics cost, quicken goods de­liv­ery and ex­pand prod­uct cat­e­gories. Over­seas ware­house may help to solve the pain points that the tra­di­tional cross-border lo­gis­tics can­not solve, such as time, cost and cus­toms clear­ance and the lo­cal­iza­tion problem. Be­sides, with dra­matic de­vel­op­ment of cross-border e-com­merce, the mar­ket size will be­come in­creas­ingly big­ger. Cur­rently, most of China’s giant ex­port-ori­ented cross-border e-com­merce providers pre­fer to build over­seas ware­houses, such as Light­inthe­box, Dh­gate, Osell, Jing­dong and Vip­shop.
