【Re­port】We will en­cour­age on­line and off­line in­ter­ac­tion to pro­mote the phys­i­cal stores to trans­form them­selves through in­no­va­tion.

In­ter­pre­ta­tion Zhang Jing, as­sis­tant an­a­lyst from【 】the Life Ser­vice O2O Di­vi­sion of China E-busi­ness Re­search Cen­ter said that on­line and off­line in­ter­ac­tion is the current trend and with de­vel­op­ment of the In­ter­net par­tic­u­larly the rapid de­vel­op­ment of e-com­merce, the con­cept of on­line and off­line has been ex­panded. This means on­line and off­line in­ter­ac­tion is needed to turn the on­line be­hav­iors into off­line pur­chas­ing power, which will pro­mote the phys­i­cal stores to in­no­vate and trans­form and thus to achieve trans­ac­tion and pro­mo­tion of com­modi­ties.
