PUSH YOURSELF BASE FIT’S

TAKING ON 30-DAY CHALLENGE

City Weekend - - Things To Do -

Last month City Weekend sent me to Base Fit for a month-long fitness experiment, the B Fit B Happy 30-day Challenge. The challenge (¥6,000) usually includes 10 personal training sessions, unlimited group classes for the month, and a daily meal plan prepared by Base Fuel. To accommodate my work that requires me to review the tastiest restaurants in the city, they made a slight adjustment to my diet. I avoided as much carbohydrates and sugar as possible. That was it.

THE CLASS

THE FACILITIES

Both their Sanlitun and U-Town locations are pretty similar in nature. They each have all the equipment you’d ever need with upbeat colors to help motivate you to do one more rep. Both locations are equipped with showering facilities and fragrant coconut-scented amenities so the only thing you need to bring with you when you go are your clothes. Everything else is provided.

THE EXPERIENCE
