原子荧光法测定龙山卷丹百合中砷、汞含量

3.湖南省药食同源功能性食品工程技术中心,湖南 长沙 410208;4.郴州市食品药品检验检测中心,湖南 郴州 423000摘要:目的 优化微波消解条件,测定龙山卷丹百合中砷、汞的含量。方法 采用自动微波消解仪,在聚四氟乙烯微波管中用 HNO3-H2O2消解龙山卷丹百合样品,并通过原子荧光法分别测定龙山卷丹百合中砷、汞的含量。结果 龙山卷丹百合是砷的含量范围为 0.031~0.507 mg/kg,汞的含量最高为 0.024 mg/kg,砷、汞的线性方程分别为 Y=221.23X+170.72(r=0.995 9)、Y=503.52X-682.43(r=0.999 2)。生产基地的样品中砷、汞元素加样回收率分别为 94.32%、92.48%,RSD 分别为 2.14%、2.70%;育种基地的样品中砷、汞元素加样回收率分别为 94.95%、93.52%,RSD 分别为 1.15%、1.97%。结论 该方法易操作、可靠,可用于龙山卷丹百合中砷、汞含量的测定,同时为龙山卷丹百合生产与育种基地选址提供参考。关键词:卷丹百合;微波消解;原子荧光法;砷;汞

Abstract: Objective To analyze and discuss the content determination of As and Hg from Lilium Lancifolium in Longshan County; To optimize microwave digestion conditions.
