It’s an obvious choice but it’s still my favourite place for the freshest seafood in Tokyo. I prefer exploring the outer market, so you don’t have to wake up before the crack of dawn. Look out for tamagoyaki on a stick and the man who blowtorches fresh scallop shells filled with scallops, fish, uni and a snow crab leg for 1,000 JPY (HK$74). For a sit-down experience, try Itadori Unitora Kurau for a bowl filled with five kinds of uni.
