Fruits of the Earth Salad
“My last meal would be a Fruits of the Earth salad. The recipe includes Alphonso mango, yellow peach, wild strawberries, Williams pear and Kyoho grapes mixed with lavender water and pastry cream. I love the bounty that the earth has to offer: no fancy preparation, just amazing produce enhanced by some velvety pastry cream. To me, that’s heavenly. I like to think of it as a mixed balance between the good and bad.
This dish is my guilty pleasure.”
