“My last meal would be a Fruits of the Earth salad. The recipe in­cludes Alphonso mango, yel­low peach, wild strawberries, Williams pear and Ky­oho grapes mixed with laven­der wa­ter and pas­try cream. I love the bounty that the earth has to of­fer: no fancy prepa­ra­tion, just amaz­ing pro­duce en­hanced by some vel­vety pas­try cream. To me, that’s heav­enly. I like to think of it as a mixed bal­ance be­tween the good and bad.

This dish is my guilty plea­sure.”
