“I was born in Switzer­land, so for my last meal on Earth, I would like a child­hood favourite of mine, my mother’s gnoc­chi al ragu alla Bolog­nese. This is a dish to die for! This dish is sim­ple, but it takes great skill, del­i­cate­ness and love to per­fect. I make this dish with ex­quis­ite minced beef and fluffy pota­toes, along with the fresh­est veg­eta­bles sautéed to per­fec­tion.”
