The first is­sue (“Ad­ven­tures in Gas­tron­omy”, May 2010), this was the birth of a qual­ity English-lan­guage food pub­li­ca­tion in Hong Kong, which the city lacked.

Do­ing the photo shoot at Lin­guini Fini for the pizza fea­ture in Crave’s Ital­ian is­sue (“Bel­lis­simo”, June 2017) and there was flour and pasta over half the din­ing room.

What do you like most about the mag­a­zine?

Con­tent, pho­tog­ra­phy and plenty of blood, sweat and tears.
