My favourite Crave cover is…

“All About Eggs”, April 2017. I am an egg lover. I can eat eggs ev­ery day. I also en­joyed read­ing the ar­ti­cle “A Hong Kong Egg Story” in that is­sue, which in­tro­duced iconic per­son­al­i­ties work­ing around eggs.

How did you find out about Crave?

Ten years ago, be­fore Crave was born, Car­men pre­sented to me the lay­out of Crave and I thought how fan­tas­tic the con­cept was: an English-lan­guage food mag­a­zine with Car­men’s tal­ent in aes­thet­ics and style and the im­pres­sive ed­i­to­rial line-up? I couldn’t wait to read it.

My most mem­o­rable mo­ment with Crave is…

Ev­ery time I try out one of its fea­tured recipes. It is mem­o­rable be­cause the joy of read­ing Crave ex­tends to shar­ing with friends and fam­i­lies.

What do you like most about the mag­a­zine?

The ed­i­to­rial con­tent and pho­tog­ra­phy, the in-depth culi­nary dis­cov­er­ies and Sam Sin’s stun­ning pho­tos.
