My favourite Crave cover is…
“All About Eggs”, April 2017. I am an egg lover. I can eat eggs every day. I also enjoyed reading the article “A Hong Kong Egg Story” in that issue, which introduced iconic personalities working around eggs.
How did you find out about Crave?
Ten years ago, before Crave was born, Carmen presented to me the layout of Crave and I thought how fantastic the concept was: an English-language food magazine with Carmen’s talent in aesthetics and style and the impressive editorial line-up? I couldn’t wait to read it.

Every time I try out one of its featured recipes. It is memorable because the joy of reading Crave extends to sharing with friends and families.
What do you like most about the magazine?
The editorial content and photography, the in-depth culinary discoveries and Sam Sin’s stunning photos.
