Crispy Roast Pork Belly

INGREDIENT­S For Seasoning A: For Seasoning B: METHOD First, trim the pork belly to proportion­ate sizes and lightly score the meat. Marinate the meat with Seasoning A and the skin with Seasoning B, then place the pork belly in the refrigerat­or for three hours. Remove the pork belly from the fridge and steam for for an hour. Preheat the oven to it from the oven and puncture the skin with holes. Continue to roast the pork belly for another skin again while applying oil and salt on top. Repeat the previous step. Remove the pork belly from the oven and trim away the overroaste­d portion, then serve.
