野山椒烧空心菜

空心菜去叶和老梗,切小段;野山椒、小米椒、蒜分别切末,将野山椒汁水倒入空心菜中,再加一点盐,用手抓匀,腌制片刻;锅烧热,下油,放入野山椒末、小米椒末、蒜末,爆炒出香味,放入空心菜,加少许糖调味,大火快速翻炒片刻即成。

野山椒的热辣酸爽搭配干脆爽口的空心菜,是拯救夏日食欲的开胃良方。
