Cheese Fondue at Zarah

After hav­ing sur­vived some of Bei­jing’s cold­est days so far, it’s the right time to pam­per yourselves with some­thing de­li­cious, cheesy and tra­di­tional. A Swiss tra­di­tion, fondue orig­i­nated in the Alps and means “dip bits of food in a com­mu­nal pot.” Zarah’s pots will be filled with two kinds of Swiss cheese, ac­com­pa­nied by a va­ri­ety of de­li­cious dip­pers such as crunchy cubes of bread, a plate of healthy veg­eta­bles, a mixed side of cor­ni­chons, pearl onions and cock­tail toma­toes and more. Don’t miss out on this cheesy de­light.
