Designers also incorporated symbolic elements and characteristics of the countries that the athletes represent on the gear. For example, the green used for the Slovenian gear represents the country’s capital Ljubljana, which is dubbed “a city with a green soul.” The triangular design on the clothing is a reflection of Mount Triglav, the highest mountain in Slovenia, with an elevation of 2,864 meters.
