The For­eign Cor­re­spon­dents’ Club (FCCC) of China is a pro­fes­sional as­so­ci­a­tion of Bei­jing-based jour­nal­ists re­port­ing on China for au­di­ences around the world. Rep­re­sent­ing more than 40 na­tions, they are ac­cred­ited jour­nal­ists, di­plo­mats, me­dia spe­cial­ists, au­thors, aca­demics, pub­lic re­la­tions con­sul­tants and cor­po­rate per­son­nel. The FCCC or­ga­nizes a full pro­gram of talks and so­cial events and is a vi­brant hub of net­work­ing for China-watch­ers, me­dia an­a­lysts and jour­nal­ists. Book­worm, a sleek lend­ing li­brary and book­shop, has the best se­lec­tion of English lan­guage books and mag­a­zines in town. The bib­lio­phile manager ar­ranges a fab­u­lous lec­ture se­ries that fea­tures both lo­cal and in­ter­na­tional au­thors.
