Global Times – Metro Beijing - - TWOCENTS -

“The thieves don’t have the key to the motorcycle, nor do they have a driver’s license. Why did the company agree to carry it for them?” So said a resident surnamed Xu, who called the police on October 6 after his motorcycle was stolen. According to Xu, at 2:28 am that morning, three thieves called a white van from the freight company Huolala and lifted his motorcycle into the van. Xu said the same thing happened earlier in August but at that time he stopped the thieves in time. The case is still under investigation. (Source: Beijing Youth Daily)
