Chef Ric­cardo La Perna at Opera Bom­bana

Dur­ing the 10th Ital­ian Cui­sine and Wines World Sum­mit in No­vem­ber 2018, Opera Bom­bana will wel­come chef Ric­cardo La Perna from the Miche­lin two-star sis­ter res­tau­rant 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bom­bana to pre­pare a gala din­ner. High­lights of the menu in­clude Gil­lardeau oys­ters with caviar, home­made pasta with fresh Ital­ian white truf­fles, steamed Nor­mandy blue lob­ster with Mediter­raneanstyle lob­ster bisque and a clas­sic Ital­ian Napoleon.
