A post-90s gen­er­a­tion fa­ther sur­named Zhu called po­lice emer­gency hot line 110 to vent his emo­tions be­cause he said he can­not stand his 1-year-old child cry­ing ev­ery night, thep­a­per.cn re­ported Satur­day. He called po­lice over 200 times in one month. On Septem­ber 5, po­lice fi­nally ar­rested the man at his home in Jiad­ing district for his con­tin­u­ous false re­port­ing of a nonex­is­tent emer­gency, which is a crime.
