“Floor mopping robots will replace vacuum cleaners.”

Global Times – Metro Shanghai - - PULSE -

The best floor mopping robots on the market can remove 94.9 percent of dust, while less-expensive robots only remove 14.5 percent, according to testing results released Monday by Shanghai Consumer Council. The test included 25 intelligent robots of different brands; 17 were purchased online, and eight bought offline. An industry expert said traditional vacuum cleaners have weaknesses such as electrical wires, which restrict movement. An expert believes that with the fast development of intelligence technology, mopping robots are very likely to replace vacuum cleaners.
