The Oa­sis Prix Fixe Menu at The Woods Quinoa queens and kale-oholics (or just peo­ple who are try­ing to take care of them­selves bet­ter) will want to give The Woods’ brand new cock­tail pair­ing menu a spin. Themed around “holis­tic drink­ing,” the menu high­lights the early restora­tive ap­pli­ca­tions of al­co­hol and in­cor­po­rates a num­ber of su­per­foods—from Chia seeds to Maca pow­der to Açai berry juice—into three cock­tails, which will be paired with veg­e­tar­ian sushi. New Cock­tails at VEA and The En­voy

The Tast­ings Group’s bar mae­stro tri­fecta

(that’s celeb mixol­o­gist An­to­nio Lai, The En­voy’s Bar Man­ager Amanda Wan and VEA’s Bev­er­age Cre­ative Di­rec­tor Leszek Stachura) have cre­ated a new range of sum­mer cock­tails at both VEA and The En­voy. At The En­voy, ex­pect drinks us­ing fresh in­gre­di­ents such as Ital­ian toma­toes, pur­ple taro, or Korean pear. At VEA, the menu sees thirst-quench­ing ad­di­tions us­ing ap­ple, tamarind, as well as wacky com­bos such as a drink with watermelon, ly­chee, blood orange and cheese in burnt leek ash, or a ver­mouth cock­tail us­ing fer­mented mush­room pow­der.
