Tim Burton steps out of the direc­tor’s chair and hands the se­quel of his 2010 hit “Alice in Won­der­land,” to writer/direc­tor James Bobin, whose prior projects in­clude “The Mup­pets” and “Da Ali G Show.” In this se­quel, Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska, Anne Hath­away and He­lena Bon­ham Carter fulfil their con­trac­tual agree­ments and Pink is fi­nally al­lowed to per­form an orig­i­nal song for a film.
