Sum­mer is the time to grill! Gather your friends and fam­ily for a grill party and head down to DiVino in Cen­tral for their “La Grigli­ata Div­ina” (or “the Di­vine Grill,” $258) on Sun­days for a mixed grill in three cast iron skil­lets.

Serv­ing US beef ten­der­loin, or­ganic drum­sticks “Di­avola,” “Lu­ganega” sausage im­ported from Italy and Aus­tralian lamb chops with grilled veg­eta­bles and mesclun salad, the chef uses Le Creuset skil­lets to lock the juici­ness of the meat, which is mar­i­nated with gar­lic, rose­mary, salt and black pep­per to en­hance its hearty flavors.

Din­ers can or­der wines rec­om­mended by DiVino’s som­me­lier Gi­ulio, who will sug­gest the best reds or whites to per­fectly match the grill: such as a 2012 Lupe-Cho­let Chateau de Viviers Ch­ablis, or a 2013 Gaja Ca’mar­canda Promis Toscana.
