The chefs be­hind fa­mous Ber­lin restau­rant Dót­tir are mak­ing their way to Hong Kong for a four-night pop-up with Test Kitchen. The seven-course din­ner will fea­ture head chef Vic­to­ria Elias­dót­tir’s Nordic style of cook­ing, with pared­down seafood dishes in­clud­ing slow-cooked fish served with smoked but­ter­milk.
