They’re of­fer­ing a Sum­mer BBQ Menu, filled with made-to-or­der bar­beque items rang­ing from beef burg­ers and tiger prawns to lamp chops and sal­mon fil­lets. Quench the heat with one (or three) of their 10 new Sum­mer Cock­tails, made with fresh fruits, Ja­panese spir­its and a hint of sun­shine. Try the Par­ody, sake mixed with fresh or­ange juice, pas­sion fruit puree and a splash of vanilla syrup. Spend more than $500 from 5-8pm to get a com­pli­men­tary pot of Dutch black mus­sels.
