The restau­rant of­fers one of the best views in the city, over­look­ing Vic­to­ria Har­bour. Per­fect for bring­ing out-of-town guests to show them Hong Kong from a bird’s eye view, Fu­jiyama Mama is also great for ro­man­tic cel­e­bra­tions, or even fam­ily gath­er­ings—any oc­ca­sion is bet­ter when the view’s this good.

With a cre­ative “in­ter­na­tional-Ja­panese” menu, Fu­jiyama Mama of­fers an ar­ray of tra­di­tional Ja­panese del­i­ca­cies in­clud­ing jet-fresh sashimi and sushi, rolls, ro­bata and okonomiyaki, with a dash of western in­flu­ence. The iza­kaya-style restau­rant also serves Ja­panese sta­ple dishes such as don­buri, miso soup, curry and noo­dles, all made with qual­ity im­ported in­gre­di­ents like sea urchin, flat­fish, crab, wagyu beer and more.

Pair your meal with a few drinks: Fu­jiyama Mama’s bev­er­age menu in­cludes a range of sake, shochu, umeshu and beer, as well as the cre­ative be­spoke Cider Rita, which din­ers can cus­tom­ize from scratch.
