At long last, JW Mar­riott Ho­tel Hong Kong has an­nounced the re­open­ing of The Lounge and Bar Q88.

The award-win­ning ho­tel’s new ar­rivals fea­ture sleek, mod­ern dé­cor and an even more tempt­ing se­lec­tion of food and bev­er­ages.

Led by Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Stephen Doe and award­win­ning Ex­ec­u­tive Sous Chef Tony Wong, The Lounge boasts an ar­ray of pre­mium food choices for all your lunch, Sun­day brunch, af­ter­noon tea and sup­per needs. The brand new buf­fet spread fea­tures the re­turn of the ever-pop­u­lar salad bar, as well as Asian-bistro in­spired new ad­di­tions to the sig­na­ture Noo­dle Bar and an added va­ri­ety of South­east Asian fla­vors, in­clud­ing home­made cur­ries and Sin­ga­porean sa­tay.

For dessert, Hong Kong’s top pas­try chef Roger Fok has got your sugar crav­ings sorted, with an ex­tended menu that will make its way to the buf­fet. Al­ter­na­tively, try The Lounge’s new six-course high tea com­pris­ing tra­di­tional English and Can­tonese sa­vories and desserts.

Bar Q88 also re­turns with an up­graded drinks menu, in­clud­ing cre­ative cock­tail in­ven­tions such as the “Nutty Smash,” a re­fresh­ing com­bi­na­tion of lime juice, syrup and mint leaves blended with Pros­ecco, Frangelico and Ab­so­lut vodka. The drinks come cour­tesy of Bryson Rivera, named one of the top 25 bar­tenders in Hong Kong and Ma­cau at Drinks World Asia 2016.
