Crab Lover Alert: L’ho­tels Roll Out Spe­cial Crab Menu

It’s fi­nally fall and that means crabs are in sea­son! For a scrump­tious meal full of crab, LIS Cafe of L’ho­tel Is­land South in Wong Chuk Hang and Forte of L’ho­tel élan in Kwun Tong are both pre­sent­ing a lip-smack­ing crab-themed menu for the sea­son.

For un­lim­ited crab dishes, check out LIS Cafe as it of­fers re­fresh­ing taste of Alaskan crab meats with as­pic, smoked sal­mon rolled with Alaskan queen crab meat, as well as crab shell au gratin trio and Mediter­ranean brown crab stew with tomato basil con­cassé.

For some Asian fla­vors, try the braised Thai green crab with dill Cham­pagne creamy sauce, wok-stirred fresh blood spot­ted crab with gin­ger and scal­lion, or crispy crab claws with shrimp dumplings. Hairy crabs are also served for the hard­core crab fa­nat­ics!

Forte in Kwun Tong is also serv­ing boun­ti­ful se­lec­tion of crab main cour­ses. Spice up your ap­petite with the stir-fried crab with basil and curry, and keep your­self warm in fall with a creamy crab hot pot in Hokkaido milk. For umami fla­vors, the crab meat and seafood risotto with lob­ster sauce is a must-try.

As well as the crab dishes, also not to be missed are the all-you-can-eat good­ies in the din­ner buf­fet at LIS Cafe and semi-din­ner buf­fet at Forte.
