油菜烩香菇

做法

1 香菇洗净,去根后切块。油菜择洗干净,用手掰成几份后沥水待用。2 锅内注入适量清水大火煮沸,分别放入香菇块、油菜略微汆烫后捞出沥水。3 蒜去皮切碎,姜去皮切末。4 锅内倒油烧热,下蒜碎、姜末爆炒出香味,放入香菇片,调入料酒、蚝油、盐和适量清水翻炒片刻。5 放入油菜翻匀后,调入水淀粉翻匀,待汤汁收稠即可。
