3个 枇杷 /1个 鲜百合/1朵银耳/ 20克冰糖 做法 1 枇杷洗净,去皮去蒂后切开,去核后将果肉切块。银耳提前泡发,去蒂后撕成小朵。鲜百合洗净掰成小片。 2 将枇杷块、银耳和百合放入锅中,倒入1升水,加入冰糖大火煮开后转中小火,煮至糖水表面起粘性小泡后关火。
