红烧素鸡

个 素鸡/ 茶匙 生抽/ 茶匙老抽/少许葱花/适量油、冰糖

做法 素鸡洗净后切片(厚度随意)。锅里放油,开小火将素鸡片煎至两面金黄。另起一锅,倒入少许油,放入素鸡片,加生抽、老抽,再加适量水(没过素鸡就行)。大火烧开后转小火,加适量冰糖慢煮 分钟。待锅里的汁水收至差不多时,装盘撒上葱花即可。
