土豆泥焗牛绞肉

蒜去皮切末,洋葱去皮切碎。锅内倒入橄榄油中火烧热,下牛肉糜快速翻炒至变色,放入蒜末、洋葱碎翻炒均匀,烹入红酒和等量清水,放入百里香,煮至水分减半后倒入面粉拌匀,待汤汁浓稠,加盐、胡椒粉拌匀后盛出。土豆洗净,放入蒸锅蒸熟,取出后去皮碾压成泥,加黄油、牛奶和适量盐搅拌均匀。烤盘上放入处理好的牛肉糜,盖上土豆泥,撒上奶酪碎,放入预热180摄氏度的烤箱烤20分钟即可。
