蒜蓉蒸虾

用料

300克基围虾 / 半个蒜/ 适量 盐、糖、葱、生抽、油 基围虾洗净去头去壳去虾线。蒜去皮切末。葱洗净切碎。取一碗,加入蒜末、盐、糖、生抽、油和适量清水搅拌均匀,制成酱汁。将酱汁均匀淋在虾仁上,放入微波炉高火转10分钟后,取出撒上葱碎即可。
