MADE IN ITALY
First conceived as a showcase of Italian design, the latest edition of Salone del Mobile is still the best place to discover the comprehensive body of work by design stalwarts such as Molteni&C, B&B Italia, Giorgetti, Moroso, Porada, Poliform and Minotti, all of which displayed an insatiable appetite for innovation. Giorgetti expanded its range to include a new outdoor collection that debuted at the fair, while Molteni&C unveiled its new flagship store in Milan, designed by creative director Vincent Van Duysen. Visionnaire and Giorgio Collection took a more tempered direction to the classic opulence that characterise their labels, while Potocco, one of the first Italian brands to participate in the fair, strengthened its communications as it expands its operations worldwide.
