Wine bar and restau­rant Naer­vaer in Copen­hagen is given an in­ti­mate and serene am­bi­ence at the hands of Norm Ar­chi­tects. An unas­sum­ing mix of stone, wood and metal con­trib­utes to a som­bre, in­dus­trial-in­spired set­ting that seats no more than 10 peo­ple.
