Ju­liana is a free­lance food and travel writer based in Ma­cau. She con­trib­utes to Hong Kong Tatler, South China Morn­ing Post, Travel + Leisure, Saveur, and Lonely Planet. She is also ad­junct lec­turer at IFT—Ma­cau's premier hos­pi­tal­ity school. A true glut­ton, an­nual food­fo­cused road trips across Europe with her chef hus­band are a rit­ual. Mina is the founder of Sook, a Korean-in­spired food and lifestyle con­cept based in Hong Kong. Sook gives her an of­fi­cial ex­cuse to cook, en­ter­tain, teach, write and eat—in Korea and all over Asia. She's cur­rently en­joy­ing re­turn­ing to her first love—writ­ing—with her blog and for pub­li­ca­tions such as Hong Kong Tatler. Rachel is a free­lance writer with over a decade's ex­pe­ri­ence writ­ing for lo­cal and in­ter­na­tional pub­li­ca­tions, in­clud­ing BBC Not­ting­ham, Hong Kong Tatler and her past life as edi­tor of Sassy Hong Kong. Her Bri­tish-Chi­nese up­bring­ing has en­sured an all-con­sum­ing ap­petite for both Sun­day roasts and dim sum, and she be­lieves that she has never met a choco­late dessert she didn't need to try either. David is the au­thor of “The Art of Mod­ern Por­tuguese Cui­sine” and founder of the Ma­cau Culi­nary As­so­ci­a­tion. David has worked in restau­rants and ho­tels around the globe, in­clud­ing the L'Au­ber­gade in France, An­ton Mosi­mann, Lon­don, Rick Stein in Pad­stow, Man­darin Ori­en­tal, Ma­cau, Banyan Tree, Bangkok and has cooked at the James Bread House in New York. David writes wine col­umns and restau­rant and wine re­views for numer­ous me­dia in­clud­ing South China Morn­ing Post, Ma­cau Cguide and Best China Wine List Awards. Elaine has long been in the busi­ness of cre­at­ing ap­petite-in­duc­ing con­tent since her days at Hong Kong Tatler Din­ing telling culi­nary sto­ries to her ca­reer as a restau­rant mar­keter where she worked on ev­ery­thing from menu cu­ra­tion to food styling. A keen trav­eller, she en­joys shar­ing her chef en­coun­ters and serendip­i­tous dis­cov­er­ies of lo­cal food from around the globe. Es­ther was the for­mer as­sis­tant edi­tor of Hong Kong Tatler Best Restau­rants guide and writer for Hong Kong Tatler Din­ing. She lives to travel and dis­cover dif­fer­ent flavours from around the world. When not sam­pling some of Hong Kong's new­est din­ing des­ti­na­tions, she is of­ten found en­joy­ing a good tip­ple or three.
