Café on M

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Café review -

Seafood is a particular speciality at this popular buffet restaurant, with freshly shucked Australian oysters, crab legs piled high and picture-perfect sashimi snapped up as soon as it is prepared. There are plenty of hot dishes to choose from, including roast beef, grilled lamb chops and authentic Indian curries; look out for the roasted suckling pig, which draws long lines when it emerges from the rotisserie. Desserts include a madeto-order crêpe station, chocolate fondue, an ice-cream buffet and miniature pastries. Dishes do empty quickly, so you may need several visits to ensure you get a fill of your favourite items, while staff are quick to clear dirty plates and refill glasses. As far as good-value buffets go, it’s clear to see why Café on M remains so popular with both hotel guests and local residents.
