Festiva

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Café review -

As a buffet-only café at the Galaxy Macau, Festiva’s vast popularity lies in the abundant selection of pan-Asian gourmet dishes, neatly on display at the buffet stations scattered across the main dining space, allowing for little waiting time despite a busy restaurant at peak service hours. Guests can start with freshly shucked oysters and grilled-to-order seafood. Chinese barbecue items are impressive, especially the Sha Tin crispy pigeon, as well as a thrilling live preparation of Lanzhou pulled noodles. Western roasts at the carvery stations as well as South Asian curries, served with freshly made naan breads, are well suited to the guests with a hearty appetite. Save room for individually portioned desserts such as serradura and tiramisu, as well as made-to-order French crêpes served with ice cream and a chocolate fountain that’s sure to impress.
